Grade 12 with minimum overall of 60% or higher, with no marks below 50% in subjects. Applicants require: Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search, Standard First Aid and CPR Heartsaver AED - Level C or equivalent. A complete record of the applicants immunizations and Lab results. IF you were born outside of Canada OR you are unable to obtain your childhood immunization records (ie: records destroyed, born in another province etc.) please ask for the following blood tests: Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (NOT Hep B Antigen), Varicella Zoster IgG (NOT IgM), Measles IgG, Mumps IgG, Rubella IgG. Based on the results of the Bloodwork, the vaccinations required will be determined by Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Applicants blood work is used as a baseline to determine what vaccinations he/she will require.

Note: A criminal record check, vulnerable sector search, first aid certificate, immunizations, and WHMIS will be required, at students cost.
