Successful completion of a Social Service Worker program or related certificate with the completion of SSW 112 and SSW 113 with minimum 50% or higher. Required English Grade 12 or equivalent*. Individual courses in the program require the equivalent to Math 11. Practicum requirements: resume, written statement, two references, 45 hours of work/volunteer experience in a human services setting within last three years, and a Criminal Record Check.
