Grade 12 with minimum 50%. Admission Requirements - Grade 12 compulsory English or equivalent OR Conestoga College Preparatory Communications or equivalent. Grade 11 or 12 Biology or equivalent OR Conestoga College Preparatory Biology. PLUS any one of the following: Grade 11 or 12 Physics or equivalent, Grade 11 or 12 Chemistry or equivalent OR Conestoga College Preparatory Chemistry, Grade 12 Health and Physical Education OR Grade 12 Recreation and Healthy Active Living Leadership OR Grade 12 Exercise Science OR Grade 12 Kinesiology, Grade 11 or 12 Science.It is recommended that Biology be completed within five years prior to the start date of the program.

In case the program has three semesters in a year, annual tuition fee may increase for one additional semester.
