A recognised Bachelor of Engineering degree specialising in Electrical Engineering awarded with Honours Class 2, Division II; or a Graduate Certificate in Electrical Power Engineering. Other tertiary qualifications, together with relevant professional experience over a period of at least two years, may also be considered.
