    Applicants must have one of the following: a UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or equivalent or higher qualification, from one of the following ‘cognate disciplines’: 04 Architecture and Building, 03 Engineering, 08 Management and Commerce, 0909 Law, 0919 Economics and Econometrics, Finance. Above applicants need to provide: a CV clearly articulating their property or finance/investment-related work experience* (minimum of two years); AND an employer's letter confirming the dates of employment, and the position held; AND Applicants who do not satisfy the academic and additional requirements above may be considered on a UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or higher qualification in an unrelated field, along with: an employer's letter confirming the dates of employment, and the position held; AND a CV clearly articulating work experience (minimum five years); AND a personal statement (maximum 500 words) explaining the reasons for wanting to study real estate investment and demonstrating an understanding of real estate investment concepts gained from work experience and knowledge of course expectations. *Work experience from within the following ANZSCO Occupation descriptors will be deemed as relevant. • 61.
