A DET score of 120 is required with at least 110 in each subscore. Overall IELTS 6.5 (including a minimum of 6.5 in the reading and writing parts and no part below 6.0) Or Overall TOEFL iBT score will be 90 (with a minimum of 22 in reading and 24 in writing and no part below 20 is required.
