Applicants must have completed their architectural education with minimum 65% and be listed on a recognised statutory professional architectural register (e.g. RIAI, ARB) or fully qualified and registered as an architect in accordance with EU Directive or other international equivalent.

A minimum score of 90 is required in the Internet based TOEFL (iBT) with no less than 21 in writing and at least 19 in every other section. DET score of 120 is required with at least 110 in each subscore.
