Overall average of 80% - 85% in six subjects in Grade 12 with 75% in maths and two of physics, chemistry, biology, physics/chemistry, geography, Computer Science, applied mathematics or agricultural science. A language other than English, and Mathematics must be taken as a subject up to Grade 10.

Students who wish to study the BA Nanoscience: Physical Sciences have to apply to Physical science stream (TR063). TOEFL iBT overall score will be 90 and in writing- 21. DET overall score of 120 with no section score below 100 is required.
