Applicants must have passed Grade 12 with a minimum score of 50% or higher, or equivalent; and also required Grade 12 Maths with 50% or higher, or equivalent. Senior level First Language Literature with a grade of 50% or higher, or equivalent.

1. The student will be placed at a food service establishment determined by availability, student capabilties and\or preference. 2. Students who complete the accredited program with an accumulative average of 70% or better will gain employment and register as an apprentice within two years of graduating, will receive credit for Level 1 in-school technical training and 1350 hours in the Cook Apprenticeship program.
